On June 28, 2009 at approximatley 12:22a.m. Detectives were summoned to the 1700 block of Seneca St.  Upon arrival detectives observed the lifeless body of Shelva Glasper, 33 yrs of age.   During the invesigation it was determined that the suspect was known to be working in the area, but didn't have any problems with the local people.
