On 9/28/08, victim reported that her wallet was stolen from within her purse while at a local restaurant. The victim's purse was hanging on the back of her chair at the time of the incident. Surveillance cameras captured the suspect at the restaurant and later using the victim's stolen credit card to purchase gift cards at a nearby merchant.

 

While using the victim's stolen credit cards, suspect is described as an unknown black female, short hair, medium to heavy build, wearing a white shirt with stripes on the sleeve.
